Name: Caeles Pondera

History: Caeles was born in ancient times, when mages used their powers to rule over mortals and wars erupted all over the land. Discovering his magic, Caeles set out to balance the events in the land, restoring dead fields and obliterating the large armies that fought for power and control. As he wandered throughout Europe, leaders of the counties deemed him a threat to their power and sent a small army of mages in order to try and destroy him. The attempt was a disaster, hundred died as Caeles counter-attacked, wiping out all life within 1 km of him using their life force to restore his own injuries. At the brink of destruction, a small group of mages sent as backup for the main group tried one last time to stop Caeles. Surrounding him, the mages used the leftover life force from Caeles' previous attack to fuel their spell, sealing him within a nearby monument, a colossus statue of a long dead king. As he begun to escape from the binding, the last of the mages used the souls of those who had died to chain Caeles' soul to the monument for eternity.

The barrage of souls while he was imprisoned slowly drove Caeles insane as he was tormented by the souls of those who had sealed him for some 2000 years. He was freed however during the great war, a group of Mevolent's followers pulled down the monument Caeles was sealed in, destroying an ancient monument that had stood for thousands of years and damaging the seal that bound Caeles. Breaking out of his 2000 year prison, Caeles spent the early years of the secret war recovering his strength and looking back on what he had done in the past. Changing his method, Caeles begun searching for people who would aid him in his new aim, Global Domination, in order to create a balanced new world, without disorder and chaos.

Type of magic: Adept.

Magic used: Simply put, balance or equality. He can negate magic by creating it's opposite, balancing it and canceling it out. A fireball thrown at him will be opposed by ice, shadow with light ect. This ability has a cool down time of about 10 seconds, meaning if you lob 3 fireballs at him, he can negate them all, 3 fireballs and a burst of shadow however, he would only be able to cancel out one type of attack within 10 seconds.

Extra: Carries a thin zweihander that he wields one handed. The scales that hover around him change when he uses his magic or when something major is unbalanced near him. If a fireball is thrown at him, one scale will hold fire and be heavier then the other, which would have ice, until he used his magic to balance the two. Caelest is also partiality insane and talks in plural. I - We, Mine - ours, my - our, me - us, ect.
